This time, quit smoking for good – and have a chance to win a $500 gift card.
To start your smoke-free journey, enroll in the Quit Plan by emailing the Wellness Center. Registration deadline is Wednesday. April 6. Include your name, student ID number and phone number.
All enrolled students will receive support from Health Services – St. Paul and the Wellness Center. Students are required to participate in three mandatory Health Service clinic visits and will receive weekly emails of education and encouragement from the Wellness Center. Nicotine patches, gum and prescription medication (based on need) will be available.
During the week of May 9, upon completing the program, students will be entered to win a $500 gift card. One student will win.
The Quit Plan program is limited to the first 20 undergraduate students who enroll through email. Students must be willing to provide a urine sample before starting and after completing the program.
Call the Wellness Center, (651) 962-6128, or drop in (Room 13, Koch Commons, lower level) for more information.
Funding for the Quit Plan program was provided by the Michael Larson Memorial Fund.
