Join the Great Books Reading Group to discuss The Long Loneliness by Dorothy Day from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, in Room 388, Owens Science Hall, St. Paul campus.
Each month the group reads and meets to discuss a book. Here is a schedule for the next couple months:
Sept. 20: The Botany of Desire by Michael Pollan
Oct. 18: The Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens
Books are available in the St. Thomas Bookstore.
