Wellness Center Promotes May as National Sleep Month

In honor of National Sleep Month, the Wellness Center is giving away tip sheets for better sleep, sleep logs and sleep journals.

Students and staff can pick up these items all week at the Wellness Center, located in the lower level of Koch Commons. More sleep information and sleep logs are available on the bulletin board in Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
