Stress less, enjoy life: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
The UST Wellness Center is sponsoring two Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation classes this fall. One program will be on the St. Paul campus and one will be on the Minneapolis campus.
The four-week classes are open to the UST community (discounted rate) and to the larger community. Cost to UST students, faculty and staff is $95 (regularly $125).
Mindfulness meditation teaches moment-to-moment awareness that can help to better manage everyday stresses at work, at school and in life. This gentle practice helps one recognize habitual patterns and reactions to stress while learning to develop new ways of becoming more present and living a more meaningful, calm and productive life.
