Two real estate programs to focus on investment and finance, and environmental health and safety issues

UST's Center for Business Excellence and Shenehon Center for Real Estate, in conjunction with the Greater Minneapolis and Greater St. Paul Building Owners and Managers Associations, provide Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) professional designations.

  • "Environmental Health and Safety Issues" will be offered Wednesdays, Feb. 1-May 24. Participants will learn to develop and manage proactive environmental/occupational health and safety programs, comply with regulatory standards and guidelines governing facility health and safety issues, and assess when to obtain technical assistance.   • "Real Estate Investment and Finance" will be offered Thursdays, Feb. 2-May 25. Participants will develop knowledge about basic financial concepts as they relate to real estate, including valuation, analysis, taxation, depreciation and life-cycle costing. For more information, click here.
