The University Advocates for Women and Equity will hold its annual fall meeting and reception on Friday, Oct. 9. UAWE is open to all members of the University of St. Thomas community who are interested in issues of gender equity and other issues of concern to women on campus.
The meeting will be held at 3 p.m. in the Luann Dummer Center for Women, Room 103, O’Shaughnessy Educational Center. Refreshments will be served.
Nominations will be taken from the floor for membership on the UAWE coordinating council. If you would like to nominate yourself or someone else and are unable to make it to the meeting, send your nomination to Dr. Cara Anthony by 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9.
