VISION offers memorable, life-changing spring break service trips
Looking for a memorable experience over spring break? With it right around the corner, it is never too early to start planning.
Volunteers In Service Internationally Or Nationally (VISION) offers not only a memorable experience but also a life-changing experience.
VISION service-immersion trips provide students opportunities to be fully integrated into a community and culture different from their own, while connecting with other St. Thomas students in their group. Based on six components – spirituality, simplicity, cultural exchange, community, justice issues, and service – VISION offers students an experience to learn and reflect about their own lives and the lives of others.
VISION will be going to seven sites during spring break:
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- Cranks Creek, Ky.
- Pence Springs, W.Va.
- San Luis Valley, Colo.
- White Earth Reservation, northern Minnesota
- Fort Belknap Reservation, Mont.
- Washington, D.C.
