Want to help leave a legacy for future generations of Tommies?

From the Student Legacy Program

The Student Legacy Program is looking for freshmen, sophomores and juniors to join its fun volunteer program. It is a great way to meet new people and build your résumé.

The next meeting will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28, in the Hormel Room, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. Snacks will be provided.

Join the Student Legacy Group, which is composed of St. Thomas students who are interested in helping to ensure that their class will leave a legacy for future generations of Tommies.

The goals of the Student Legacy Program are to increase student awareness of alumni programming and the importance of scholarships. Through an annual Student Legacy Campaign, the program helps each new St. Thomas class to establish a scholarship fund that it will build on as the class progresses toward graduation.

By the time senior year arrives, your class will have a great start on its scholarship fund as well as a clear understanding of the importance of alumni giving.

Please come by to find out more.  See you on Thursday.
