Wellness Center news: Soups and pastas cooking class, smoke-free zone stickers available
Cook soups and pastas: The UST Wellness Center and Trotter's Café and Bakery will offer a cooking class. You'll learn how to cook satisfying soups and pastas, where to shop and what to buy, including staples and snacks.
The class will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, at Trotter's, 232 N. Cleveland Ave. (near corner of Cleveland and Marshall).
The class is open to the first 25 students, staff and faculty who sign up at the Box Office. Cost is $8 for students and $12 for staff and faculty (both nonrefundable).
Get smoke-free zone stickers: The Wellness Center will provide some handy window stickers for your office, residence hall or hallway. Request "Smoke-Free Zone, We Care About the Air" stickers available from the center, Room 13 (lower level), Koch Commons; or, request your stickers by calling (651) 962-6128 or e-mailng wellnessctr@stthomas. edu.
