Women faculty and staff: ‘Getting Started With Weights’ class begins tomorrow
The Wellness Center is sponsoring “Getting Started with Weights,” a free introductory class for women faculty and staff led by JoAnn Andregg, associate director of athletics.
This class will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 30, in racquetball court No. 1, O’Shaughnessy Gym. During the class, you will learn about the importance of weight training for women and how to do a good workout in a short amount of time.
