World AIDS Day is tomorrow. In recognition, the St. Thomas HIV/AIDS Awareness Club will host a panel discussion in support of the World AIDS Day 2010 “Act Aware” campaign, which invites people to take action and learn about HIV.
Four speakers will participate in the discussion from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, in Room 100, McNeely Hall.
Panel members:
- Ken Rogers – an advocate for HIV/AIDS awareness
- Ryan Rollinson – a lead caregiver with Clare Housing and services for people living with AIDS
- Dr. Jill Manske – UST faculty member who will focus on the science behind HIV/AIDS
- Dr. Kimberly Vrudny – UST faculty member who will reflect on theology and AIDS
