The Aquinas Hall roof replacement project will commence with demolition of the existing roof on Monday, May 23. The project is expected to be completed by the second week in August.
The project begins with replacing the flat roof with an asphalt product. An asphalt-type odor will be associated with this roofing. This portion of the project will start on Tuesday, May 31, to be completed by Friday, June 17.
The sloped clay tile work will begin on Monday, June 20, to be completed by early August.
