Archbishop’s invitations should be handled through President’s Office
Archbishop John Nienstedt, Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, is planning his calendar for 2009 and 2010. Since the archbishop receives a high volume of invitations from parishes and other institutions, he is asking that invitations for the coming year be submitted no later than May 8, 2009.
All requests for the archbishop’s presence are to be sent through the President’s Office and must include a completed Request for the Participation of a Bishop form. Blank copies of the form are available from Karen Hennes (kehennes@stthomas.edu).
Please present requests even for tentative events rather than submitting them later. It is much easier to cancel an event from the calendar than to add a new one.
