Cardinal Renato Martino, president of Pontifical Council on Justice and Peace, to speak here Oct. 23
Cardinal Renato Martino, president of the Pontifical Council on Justice and Peace and the Pontifical Council for Migrants and Itinerant Peoples, will deliver a guest lecture at St. Thomas next week.
Martino, whose talk is titled “Deus Caritas Est: The Relationship Between Justice and Love,” will speak at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23, in O’Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium.
The public is invited to the free lecture, sponsored by UST's Center for Catholic Studies.
