The Career Development Center announces two information sessions on internship opportunities:
- Valspar Corp.– 5-6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16, in Room 152, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The Valspar Corp., a global leader in the paint and coatings industry, recruits top talent from local universities. Valspar representatives will be on campus to discuss their finance and accounting summer internship. A short presentation will be followed by a Q-and-A session. The dress code is business casual.
- Timberwolves brown bag session– noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, in Room 302, Anderson Athletic and Recreation Complex. Anyone interested in learning more about the Minnesota Timberwolves is welcome to an open information session and presentation on summer and Timberwolves season internship programs. Internships are available in a variety of career areas. Questions about full-time opportunities will be covered along with the importance of résumés – so, bring your lunch, résumé and questions.
