Catholic Studies in Rome Informational Meeting Planned for Oct. 12

The Catholic Studies in Rome program allows students to spend a semester or a year studying in the Eternal City while working toward a St. Thomas degrees. But what is it really like to live and study in Rome?

Find out from students who spent last semester in the Catholic Studies in Rome program. An informational meeting will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12, in Room 126, John R. Roach Center for the Liberal Arts.

Recent participants will share their experiences about classes, life at the Bernardi residence, and opportunities for service and spiritual growth. This informal gathering is an opportunity to ask questions about study abroad and to learn more about the program. A Rome video and a Rome blog also are available. Light refreshments will be served at the informational meeting.

The priority deadline for both fall 2011 and spring 2012 semesters is Jan. 15, 2011.
