Center for Business Excellence announces new discount for UST staff, faculty
Beginning July 1, the Center for Business Excellence will provide a 50 percent discount to UST staff and faculty on its professional development programs. This is the largest discount the center offers any group, and it's the center's way of recognizing the importance of developing the leadership capacity of all staff within the University of St. Thomas.
Over the next year, the center would like to see more staff and faculty take advantage of its lifelong learning opportunities. Programs cover an array of specialty areas, including leadership, management, business communication, marketing, finance, operations, information technology, and nonprofit management.
"Spending one day, one week, or one semester in our programs can make a huge difference in your personal and professional growth," notes Becky Falkum, the center's program manager.
