The Center for Business Excellence will offer several programs in March. A 33 percent discount is available to UST alumni, and a 75 percent discount is available to UST faculty and staff. Whether an organization is trying to fix an existing problem or improve a newly developed process, a structured decision-making process is essential. This program presents a hands-on approach to solving real life problems.

Tuesdays, March 14 to May 30
This program will provide an in-depth understanding of how to use the key tools and concepts of lean enterprise in both transactional (office) and operational (manufacturing) arenas. This knowledge will help organizations learn to evaluate and improve in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Life Leadership Circles for Women Managers
Biweekly on Wednesdays, March 15 to May 24
Life Leadership Circles for Women Managers is a program for experienced women managers who want to move to their next level of leadership. In a supportive atmosphere, participants will learn and share how women leaders are building their success, removing barriers and handling challenging situations.
