The Wellness Center will sponsor a cooking demonstration with Chef Kenneth Grogg on Wednesday, April 18.
Grogg will focus on teaching students cooking techniques from 7:45 to 8:45 p.m. in The View on the second floor of the Anderson Student Center. The discussion will cover kitchen organization, fundamental knife skills, cooking methods and menu creation. Food samples will be passed around throughout the demonstration.
This is the second event in a three-part series titled Chef Ken’s Point of View. The next demonstration, Wednesday, May 2, on John P. Monahan Plaza outside the Anderson Student Center, will focus on grilling methods.
