Commercial Real Estate Specialist Program begins May 1
The Center for Business Excellence will offer the Commercial Real Estate Specialist Program in May. All accepted program participants receive a full scholarship from the University of St. Thomas Shenehon Center for Real Estate.

Commercial Real Estate Specialist Program
Begins Thursday, May 1; apply by Sunday, March 30
This program has been designed to increase the real estate career potential of individuals from groups (African-American, Latino, American Indian, and others that are under-represented) that are disproportionately absent from employment in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Participants should have some experience in real estate.
All accepted participants receive a full (100 percent) scholarship from the Shenehon Center for Real Estate in the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. The Commercial Real Estate Specialist Program is comprised of a 25-session commercial and investment real estate curriculum.
