Sign up for Men's and Women's Day Retreat

University of St. Thomas students are invited to spend the day being inspired by what it means to be a man or woman of Christ as a college student.

On Saturday, Oct. 22, the Peer Ministry leadership team and Campus Ministry will host the Men’s and Women’s Day Retreat. The theme of the retreat is “Set Apart: Identity, Purpose, and Happily Ever After.”

The retreat will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the O'Shaughnessy Educational Center auditorium. It will include talks, small-group reflection, food, fellowship, and a raffle for fun giveaways. A light breakfast and lunch will be served.

Speakers will include Paul and Samantha Poteat, staff members from Campus Outreach and members of Bethlehem Baptist Church, and April Gallus, coordinator in Catholic Studies and a former staff member of Campus Ministry.

The retreat will challenge students to become courageous men and women of Christ on the St. Thomas campus. It will examine topics such as authentic Christianity, the identity of men and women, and who God created you to be.

Registration, available online here, is free and open to all University of St. Thomas students. For more information call Campus Ministry, (651) 962-6560, or email one of the Peer Ministers.
