Deciphering the Human Capital Dilemma: An Executive Panel Discussion

The  Opus College of Business presents Deciphering the Human Capital Dilemma: An Executive Panel Discussion, a networking reception and executive speaker event, on Thursday, Sept. 20. Opus College of Business alumni, faculty and staff are invited to attend.

The panel will explore what local companies are doing to prepare for projected talent shortages, what firms might do to prepare, as well as what attendees can do to manage their own careers in light of these shortages.

The panel features Paul Dominski, vice president organizational effectiveness, Target Corp.; Lori Sweere Komstadius, executive vice president, human capital, UnitedHealth Group; and Brenda Vale '88, M.B.A. '98, executive vice president human resources, Merrill Corp.

The event will be held on the Minneapolis campus at the Opus College of Business in Schulze Hall Atrium and Auditorium, 46 11th St. S.

Cost is $10 per person and includes a hosted bar and light fare. Space is limited.
