Dr. David Landry is named Aquinas Scholars Professor of the Year

Dr. David Landry of the Theology Department was named the Aquinas Scholars Professor of the Year for 2005-2006. Student members of the honors program vote annually for this honor. All faculty who teach honors sections or honors seminars, or who serve on the faculty board of governors of the Aquinas Scholars, are eligible.

Landry taught two honors sections this year and is in his third year of service as director of the honors program. This is the first time he has won the award. The results of the election were announced by student board president T.J. Scott. Landry will be recognized at the fall banquet for new Aquinas Scholars.
