Business Office Reminds Students to set up eRefund Profiles to Receive Account Credit Balances

Pam Peterson, director of the Business Office, reminds students that per an announcement at the start of the fall 2011 semester, paper tuition-refund checks are no longer produced for students at the University of St. Thomas. The university moved to exclusive eRefunding of student account credit balances to get students their money faster, improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

The Business Office urges students who have not yet done so to go to the eBilling and ePayment suite in Murphy Online to enter their banking information to ensure that they are prepared for potential refunds of excess funds from their student accounts during spring semester.

Setting up an eRefund profile now will eliminate delays in getting these funds disbursed into designated bank accounts.
