University of St. Thomas faculty and staff: Your response is required to avoid losing your medical, dental and vision coverage. No exceptions will be made.
Significant changes have been made to the 2013 health benefit offerings. Last year you could choose not to go through the Annual Enrollment process and your coverage selections from the previous year would automatically reinstate. This is NOT the case for 2013. Any faculty or staff member who does not complete the Annual Enrollment process online by 11:59 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, will lose their medical, dental and/or vision coverage.
