Faculty or staff adviser needed for January service trip to Tanzania
A faculty or staff adviser is needed for an Engineers for a Sustainable World service trip to northwest Tanzania from Jan. 3 to 24, 2008.
Participants will install four water purifiers in a rural community to provide clean drinking water for the people of the area, which housed more than one million refugees during the Rwandan genocide. The area still is dealing with the effects of so many people moving there.
Previous international travel experience is preferred, especially to this area of the world. Some technical experience is preferred but not required.
Engineers for a Sustainable World is a student club recognized by the Undergraduate Student Government.
