Feb. 23 Feminist Friday topic is Leaders of Today and Tomorrow conference

Undergraduate students who attended the Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT) conference will present a panel discussion at the next Feminist Friday in the Luann Dummer Center for Women.

LOTT is a program of the League of Women Voters Education Fund. The 2007 LOTT conference, "Women Making a Difference in Public Policy," invited participants to meet Minnesota women leaders from the state legislature, courts, media and interest groups. Participants attended skill-building workshops and a mentorship lunch with women involved in public policy. The annual conference is designed to encourage undergraduate college and university women to participate in politics and public policy.

The discussion will be held from 12:15 to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 23, in the women's center, Room 103, O'Shaughnessy Educational Center.

Everyone's welcome. Bring your lunch; dessert and beverages are provided.
