An open casting call for actors will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, March 2, in Room 110, Brady Educational Center. The actors are needed for a short film that will be made from March 16 to April 15.
The filmmaker is a UST student minoring in film whose previous efforts include work on a film that won awards in the “48-Hour Film Festival” and was featured at the Cannes Film Festival last spring.
A handful of male and female actors will be cast. Bring a prepared piece. Each audition will have a 10-minute window.
The actors will get a copy of the finished project, experience to add to their résumés, and meals during each filming day. Anticipated shooting days will take place on weekends.
