Counseling and Psychological Services Offers Four Spring Groups

Feeling lonely, stressed, want better relationships, or need help accepting yourself? Counseling and Psychological Services is offering four groups this spring for students who wish to gain support, learn new coping strategies and connect with others about their concerns. (The Relationships Group is composed of two groups meeting on different days.)

All groups are free and confidential, and will meet in the CPS group room, Room 370, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.
