Great Books Reading Group to discuss Night Flying Woman, An Ojibway Narrative

St. Thomas' Great Books Reading Group will discuss Night Flying Woman, An Ojibway Narrative, by Ignatia Broker (1919-1987), on Wednesday, Dec. 12. Everyone is welcome.

A biographical essay on Broker is available on the University of Minnesota Web site.

Read and discuss a book each month with the group, which meets from 7 to 9 p.m. in Room 388, Owens Science Hall. Refreshments are available.

Here is the tentative schedule for the next two months:

  • Jan 30 – All Quiet on the Western Front, by Erich Maria Remarque
  • Feb 20 – To be chosen

The books are available in the University of St. Thomas Bookstore. Look for the Great Books poster near the customer service desk.
