'Issues and Trends of Parent Involvement on Campus' workshop will be offered Friday

'Issues and Trends of Parent Involvement on Campus' will be focus of a workshop April 28

Marjorie Savage, director of the Parent Program at the University of Minnesota, and national expert in the area of parent involvement on campus, will offer a workshop on "Parents as Partners: Issues and Trends of Parent Involvement on Campus."

The session will focus on trends of parent involvement in all aspects of life on campus, in and out of the classroom, and the evolving campus response to parent needs.

Savage will be available to address particular questions and concerns throughout the workshop from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 28, in Room 304, Murray-Herrick Campus Center.

The workshop is sponsored by the Interdepartmental Parent Team, Student Affairs Staff Development Committee and Faculty Development.
