In a few short weeks, we will say farewell to the 2009-2010 academic year and we will be eagerly watching one building finishing up and the start of the another!
Before we know it, it will be August and we will be welcoming the class of 2014 to the University of St. Thomas! We hope you will join us in the celebration by agreeing to be a member of Father Dease’s Move-In Crew!
As a member of the Move-In Crew you will join with other faculty, staff and students to greet new students and help move their belongings from their cars to their rooms. With the construction on campus reducing our space for vehicle traffic, we need your help more than ever this year to get families unloaded and moved in as efficiently and comfortably as possible.
The official move-in day this year is Saturday, Sept. 4, and we will be offering the following volunteer times:
- 7-10 a.m.
- 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
- 1-4 p.m.
- 4-7 p.m.
If you would like to be a member of the Move-In Crew, please contact me via e-mail, cafealy@stthomas.edu, with the following information:
- if you are a student, faculty member or staff member,
- shifts you would like to help, and
- your T-shirt size.
