'Lessons and Carols for the Feast of Epiphany' Jan. 6 at St. Paul Seminary

Mark your calendars: The Christmas season doesn't end with Christmas.

The St. Paul Seminary School of Divinity of the University of St. Thomas invites the public to its annual Lessons and Carols for the Feast of Epiphany.

The free program of music and readings, followed by a reception, begins at 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, in St. Mary’s Chapel at the seminary, 2260 Summit Ave.

The St. Paul Seminary School of Divinity Chorale, directed by Dr. David Jenkins, will sing, with featured performers Michelle Plombon, organ; Dr. Christopher Kachian, guitar; and Wendy Silhavy, flute.

The program includes music by Duruflé, Kantor, Rutter, Schalk and Victoria, as well as Latin chant and traditional French, Chinese and Hebrew music.
