Music in the Library presents UST Guitar Ensemble tomorrow
Music in the Library presents the UST Guitar Ensemble in a free concert from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 22, in the O'Shaughnessy ("leather") Room of the O'Shaughnessy-Frey Library Center.
The members of the ensemble, under the direction of music faculty member, Joan Griffith, will perform a variety of works, including Renaissance lute songs, transcriptions of classical pieces by Mozart and Gounod, Gypsy jazz, and music by jazz guitar legend, Wes Montgomery.
Bring your lunch; light refreshments will be provided.
Music in the Library provides opportunities for musicians in the UST community to perform in an informal, friendly atmosphere.
