New physical activity two-credit courses available for fall 2009
Three new physical activity courses are available this fall:
- Boot Camp, CRN 43178, 9:55-11:35 a.m. Tuesday and Thursday, Sept. 10-Oct. 29
This is a high-intensity course that includes cardio conditioning, kick-boxing techniques, muscle strengthening and self defense.
- Power Strength Training, CRN 43202 or 43202, 1:35-2:40 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Sept. 9-Oct.28, and Nov. 2-Dec. 18
This course includes the introduction and practice of advanced forms of strength training for power development.
- Beginning Golf for Women, CRN 43203, 10:55 a.m.-noon Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Sept. 9-Oct. 28
This course is for female students who want to learn golf in a relaxed environment.
