Build your management, administrative and governance capabilities so that you can move your mission forward successfully with the Mini MBA for Faith-Based Organizations. Students will use their new skills and confidence to get others on board with their efforts to make positive change in their ministries or congregations. This format is ideal for ministries in greater Minnesota or other states.
Today's volunteer managers assume difficult management and leadership roles with little support and few resources from their organizations. Don't let these challenges impede your ability to look to the future of your organization and your volunteers.
The Mini Master of Volunteer Management will provide students with the tools and knowledge needed to confront their biggest challenges and keep up with the changing face of volunteerism.
