Start Saving This Weekend With Passport to the Twin Cities

The Passport to the Twin Cities program for students starts this weekend. If you don’t have a passport yet, pick one up at the Wellness Center in Room LL13, Koch Commons.

Passports are packed with advertisements for events on and off campus, and coupons and discounts for shows, rentals, activities and food throughout the Twin Cities.

As you explore St. Thomas and the Twin Cities, participating organizations will stamp your book. Presenting your passport also could make you the winner of a $500 gift certificate to the UST Bookstore.

For every five stamps collected until December, your name will be entered into the $500 Bookstore gift-certificate drawing. After the first 10 stamps, participants also will receive a Passport to the Twin Cities T-shirt.

Don’t have a car to get around? Don’t worry. Use your UST ID card to catch the campus shuttle or hop on an MTC bus at Cleveland and Summit avenues. Or, rent a car; see the Hour Car website for more details on the car-sharing service.
