Payroll reminds the UST community of early cutoff for the Jan. 2, 2009, paychecks.
Hourly employees and students must submit their time sheets for the Dec. 7 to Dec. 20 pay period by noon today, Friday, Dec. 19. If you are working Friday evening or Saturday, estimate your hours and e-mail any corrections to payroll after the fact. Adjustments will be made on the following paycheck.
Supervisors must approve time sheets before they go home for the holidays. They actually have until Sunday to approve time but if they are not working over the weekend, Payroll recommends that you approve the time sheets Friday afternoon.
