Personal Counseling and Testing re-accredited
Personal Counseling and Testing at the University of St. Thomas has been reaccredited by the International Association of Counseling Services Inc., an Alexandria (Virginia)-based organization of United States, Canada and Australian counseling agencies.
The Personal Counseling and Testing Center was evaluated by IACS against high standards of counseling practice and was found to offer competent and reliable professional services to its clientele. Approval by IACS is also dependent upon evidence of continuing professional development as well as demonstration of excellence of counseling performance.
Personal Counseling and Testing is directed by Jeri Rockett, Ph.D, a licensed psychologist, and offers individual and group counseling, outreach and consultation to the St. Thomas community.
IACS was established in 1972 to encourage and aid counseling agencies to meet high standards through peer evaluation and to inform the public about counseling services that are competent and reliable.
