Members of the St. Thomas community are asked to keep in their prayers Monsignor Terrence Murphy, who is ill with cancer.
He continues to live in the Faculty Residence on campus, but visits are limited to members of his immediate family. Cards can be sent to him at Mail 5050.
Murphy has been chancellor of St. Thomas since 1991, when he retired after 25 years as president. He previously served as executive vice president and dean of students, and taught political science and theology in a St. Thomas career that spans back to 1954.
