Please remember in your prayers George Angelo Poletes,76, who died Jan. 3 in Seattle, Wash., from complications of hydrocephalus.
Poletes taught at the College of St. Catherine and the University of St. Thomas for 46 years. Theater was his passion. A winner of numerous awards, he retired professor emeritus in 2004 and moved to Edmonds, Wash., where he continued to write plays.
A memorial gathering will be held this spring at the College of St. Catherine.
