Kay, 74, died peacefully on Friday, Sept. 10. Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, at O’Halloran and Murphy Funeral Home, 575 S. Snelling Ave., St. Paul, followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2055 Bohland Ave., St. Paul.
