Public Safety issues advisory about car break-ins at Minneapolis ramp

The University of St. Thomas Public Safety Department has posted an advisory on its Web site about four vehicle break-ins that occurred recently in the downtown Minneapolis parking ramp at Harmon Place and 11th Street, directly across the street from the St. Thomas campus.

The break-ins have occurred since Jan. 20 and most took place between 4 and 10:30 p.m. In each case the vehicle was owned by a member of the St. Thomas community. Also in each case, a window was smashed and personal property was stolen.
