Charles Finch Jr.
Please remember Charles D. "Chuck" Finch Jr. in your prayers. Finch, 74, of Sauk Centre and formerly of Elk River and St. Cloud, Minn., died unexpectedly Monday, April 28, at his home.
Finch was a chef and was known for his beautiful ice carvings. He worked in Dining Services at St. Thomas from 1982 until his retirement in 2004. He was raised in Sauk Centre and served in the Army National Guard.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 2, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Sauk Centre. Visitation was at the church one hour prior to the service.
