Retirement receptions planned next week for Sharon Fischer
The Division of Business Affairs will host farewell retirement receptions for Sharon Fischer next week on both the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses of the University of St. Thomas.

Fischer, director the university's Minneapolis campus since 1999, began working at St. Thomas in 1984 as the office manager at the Chaska Education Center.
- The St. Paul reception will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 28, in the Rogge-Leyden Room of Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The event will include a program at 3:30 p.m.
- A smaller Minneapolis reception will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, in the Fireplace Room (Room 450) of Terrence Murphy Hall, with cake and coffee for members of the Minneapolis campus community.
The university community is invited to stop by either reception to say goodbye and wish Fischer well in her retirement.
