Scheduling an on-campus event? Changes, cancellations form goes online

Facilities Scheduling is now offering a way in which event-space requestors can submit changes and cancellations through an easy-to-use Web form.

Since WebViewer was launched in August 2007, users have offered Facilities Scheduling suggestions and feedback on how to improve their space-scheduling experience.  One suggestion is the capability to submit event changes or cancellations without having to call the Facilities Scheduling office.  In response, we’ve created an easy-to-use Web form where you can now either change information regarding your reservation or cancel the reservation altogether. There is no longer a need to call our office to make these changes.

There are two easy ways to access the change/cancel request form:

  1. Access the new form from the University St. Thomas’ Web page by clicking on "News, Events & Directories," find the link "Change or Cancel an Event" under the events column and proceed to fill out the form.
  2. Go to WebViewer and click on "My Requests," log into your WebViewer account, click on the "Change/Cancel an Event" link found at the top right-hand side of the page, and proceed to fill out the form.
