Service station to close; eXpress Card to move to Grand-Wheeler Sinclair station
The service station at Grand and Cleveland avenues (formerly Phillips 66) used by many eXpress Card users from the University of St. Thomas, will discontinue selling gas on Thursday, April 17 and will close its doors on Wednesday, April 30.
Randy Williams, the station's operator, will manage the Grand-Wheeler Sinclair gas station located at 1745 Grand Ave., St. Paul. Fuel, service and towing needs, using the St. Thomas eXpress Card account, will move to the new location on Friday, April 18.
The new location offers longer hours, including weekends, and also has diesel fuel.
