The Ignatian Retreat, co-sponsored by Campus Ministry and the Center for Catholic Studies, will be held Oct. 21-23 at Mt. Olivet Retreat Center in Farmington, Minn.
The theme for this year’s retreat is “Open the Doors to Christ,” and is an opportunity for students to set aside some time to grow in their relationship with God. Ignatian prayer incorporates solitude, contemplation, meditation on Scripture, and quiet examination of one’s life to encounter the living God.
This retreat is for students who want to examine how God is inviting them to live out their faith in the concrete details of everyday life.
All students are invited to attend. Sign up in Campus Ministry, first floor, Murray-Herrick Campus Center. The cost is $10, but the fee can be waived if cost is a concern – just talk to Denae Fielder in Campus Ministry.
