Sister Sharon Howell is chaplain for commuters
The Commuter Center, along with Campus Ministry, announces the availability of a chaplain for commuter students.
While all chaplains have been available for commuter students in the past, this year Sister Sharon Howell, assistant dean of students and university ombudsperson, will serve specifically as a commuter chaplain. Don Beyers, assistant director of Campus Ministry, is available for students as well.
In addition to this service, Campus Ministry also will be present in the Commuter Center on Faith Thursday – the fourth Thursday of each month during convo hour. Faith Thursday, which this month is the 25th, will provide information about various faith-based campus services that support all traditions.
