Social work juniors: Interview for field placement
The School of Social Work at the College of St. Catherine-University of St. Thomas will welcome more than 40 agencies this week to interview the 70 students seeking junior fieldwork placements.
Interviews will take place:
- 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27
- 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28
in Coeur de Catherine at the College of St. Catherine.
Each year, juniors in social work complete 200 hours of practice in agencies that together with their academic classes and senior placement of 400 hours, prepares them for licensure as a social work professional.
